Between 2017 and 2022, he worked in the photo department of MF Dnes and Lidové noviny. Now works for Seznam Zprávy photo editorial office.
For a long time, he has mainly devoted himself to social topics and the synergy of people with nature. He likes to look at the world from a height, and even better from chimneys or cranes.
In the Czech Press Photo 2021 competition, he won 3rd place in the People and Environment category (info here).
In the Czech Nature Photo 2023 competition, he won 1st place in the Animals in human care category (info here).
In the Czech Nature Photo 2024 competition, he won 1st place in the Nature in Prague category (info here).
In the Czech Press Photo 2024 competition, he won 1st place in the People and Environment category (info here).
He photographed the fate of refugees in Ukraine, victims of the tornado in Moravia, or the elderly during the covid-19 pandemic.
